Frequently asked questions

How do I submit my information?

Simply click the "Apply" Button and fill out the form.

What happens after I've applied?

You will receive an email with the powerpoint template as well as a how-to guidelines for your course.

How is AI used in the generation of the course?

Lexstream utilises AI to transform your presentation into an innovative learning experience. Doing so, we keep your words, tone and - if applicable - visuals as close to its original form as possible to strenghten the authenticity of the work.

Can Lexstream publish my course without my approval?

No. Instructor approval is a required step in our publication workflow — it cannot be bypassed by platform administrators. You are the author of your course, and nothing goes live without your explicit sign-off.

Who has access to my data?

Access to your data is restricted to authorised Lexstream personnel only, and only to the extent necessary to operate and support the platform. We do not share your data with third parties except where required to deliver the service, and never for commercial purposes.

How does Lexstream make sure AI-generated content is accurate?

Every AI-assisted output on our platform is subject to human review before it reaches end users. AI tools are designed as support tools, not decision-makers. We maintain clear checkpoints in our workflows where a qualified person reviews, approves, or overrides AI suggestions.

Will I be credited as the author of the course?

Yes. Instructors are featured on their course pages and recognised as the subject-matter expert behind the content.

How long should a course be?

There's no strict requirements but you'll receive guidance on recommended length and structure.
